Holiday pay preference

UTrust Recruitment offers two holiday pay options:

Option 1 — Paid weekly: Holiday pay is included in your hourly rate and paid each week. Your base hourly rate without holiday pay will always be NMW or higher.
Option 2 — Accrue: Holiday pay is accrued on hours worked at 12.07% and paid out when you take annual leave.
