Driver declaration

  • I understand the requirements of drivers' hours and tachograph legislation and the UK speed limits for all classes of vehicles.
  • I agree to inform UTrust Recruitment of any reason why I should not undertake work in respect of statutory rest, driving duty, etc.
  • I agree to return ALL tachograph charts / printouts used on or at work within 42 days, as per the Driving Regulations.
  • I understand the operation of the vehicle and undertake to leave it in the condition in which it was taken out, and will complete a Driver's Inspection Report.
  • I confirm that in the event the vehicle is issued with a fine or any cost incurred by UTrust Recruitment Ltd and/or the client arising from any driving-related cost, damage, penalty or fine (including parking fines and PCNs) received whilst working on behalf of the agency and/or client, this may be deducted from my wages.

Holiday pay preference

UTrust Recruitment offers two holiday pay options:

  • Option 1 — Paid weekly: Holiday pay is included in your hourly rate and paid each week. Your base hourly rate without holiday pay will always be NMW or higher.
  • Option 2 — Accrue: Holiday pay is accrued on hours worked at 12.07% and paid out when you take annual leave.
